Tour Description

On arrival, you’ll enjoy a stress- free trip to and from the airport and experience the exclusivity of a private vehicle. Your professional driver will pick you up from the arrival hall or from your hotel before whisking you off to Krabi town. With a Toyota Corolla and Hiace available, these airport transfers can accommodate between 1 and 10 people and with plenty of air conditioned space, your comfort and relaxation will be well taken care of.

Inclusive Of:

  • One way transfer with a professional driver. Please book the return journey separately (20 Minutes)
  • Gas
  • Highway tolls

Not Inclusive Of:

  • Driver waiting time exceeding 2 hours
  • Tips (optional)

Vehicle Options:

  • Standard Car (Toyota Corolla or Vios): 3 Passengers + 3 Pieces of standard luggage
  • Standard Van (Toyota Commuter): 10 Passengers + 5 Pieces of standard luggage
  • The number of passengers and amount of standard luggage should be no more than 6 for car, no more than 15 for van
  • Standard luggage size is 24″. Luggage over 28″ will be considered 2 pieces

Additional Information:

  • Please let us know if you require a child seat (only available for child under 110cm) or have any other requirements in the space provided section at check out (one child seat can be provided for free, thereafter there will be an additional surcharge of THB200 per child seat, paid directly to the driver)
  • Driver can speak basic English only

Important Information:

  • For airport pick up, the date selected at check out should be your flight arrival date e.g. if your flight arrives at 11:45pm on 1 May, please select 1 May
  • For hotel pick up, the date selected should be your preferred pick up date

Pick Up Information:

  • Hotel pick up: please arrive in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before scheduled departure
  • The operator will reconfirm your pick up time in advance
  • The driver will wait for you up to 2 hours from your flight landing time. If you are delayed longer than 2 hours after landing, driver will leave and no refund will be given
  • Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 72 hours prior to the activity. No refund if cancelled within last 72 Hrs


Terms, Conditions & Important Notes

– Drivers in Thailand are local language speaking and know very basic English.
– National Park Fees is not included in any of our packages/tours and same is payable at the spot by client

  • SIC Fixed combo packages are based on Limited and City centre Hotels. They are operated on fixed itinerary & timings and only valid for min 2 Pax booked together.. Day & Time of any tour cannot be changed or swapped. If Hotel is out of SIC Pick up location area than we will advise you and you will have to change booking to Private transfers & Private Tours and If your Hotel is out of City centre than we will either cancel the booking and refund your money or will advise you the additional payable charges.
  • 2. Please note the conditions for pick up time of Transfers & Tours :
    – For SIC Transfers & Tours : Guests are requested to be at the place of pick up / hotel lobby 10 minutes before the pick-up time as mentioned in itinerary and may have to wait for a period of about 30 minutes – depending upon – traffic,other picking up of guests and location of the hotel on the route.
    – *Any guests not found at the time of vehicle arrival would be considered NO SHOW and no refund or re instating of their tour on another day or time would be considered.
    – Pick up points :Standard pick up place is the hotel is CONCIERGE DESK in the lobby of the hotel. Standard pick up place at airport in Bangkok is EXIT C, GATE 10.
  • In the event of service being missed due to delay by pax, no refund would be processed and pax would have to make their own arrangements. — Some schedule and timing may change upon the suitability and without prior notice. Bookings have to be made with full details along with arrival and departure flight timings. — Service issues arising due to incorrect information fed at the time of booking will not be Supplier or our responsibly.Â
  • Even with more than 2 nights stay in a city, the day & time of the tour cannot be changed or swapped.
  • City tour in Bangkok is an afternoon tour on the day of arriving from Pattaya to Bangkok , Any request for last minute changes would not be considered.
  • Luggage permit per 1 pax. There are additional charge for extra belonging such as “LCD , Big Toy” – THB 150/Item . If too many of extra belonging , client have to pay supplement charge for additional luggage truck and please inform supplier in advance.
  • Any booking with incomplete booking details or incorrect flight details will not be serviced and denied by the Supplier.

LIST OF CITY CENTRE AREAS:
BANGKOK AND PATTAYA
Pick up and drop off will valid for hotel in metropolitan area only (Bangkok will be Sukhumvit area, Pratunam and Silom area only and Pattaya area only / not applicable hotel which located on Jomtien beach). There will be a surcharge for other areas which will be advice on case by case basis.
PHUKET
Pick-up only from Patong, Kata , Karon, Kamala and Phuket Town
NOT VALID FOR : Bangtao Beach, Nai Harn Beach, Naiyang Beach, Makam Bay, Rawai Beach, Surin Beach.
KRABI
Pick Up service is valid for hotel in Krabi town and Ao Nang area only.
There will be a supplement charge for outside areas (Tubkaak/Nakamanda/Koh Lanta/and Klong Muang Area) which will be advice on case by case basis.
KOH SAMUI
Pick Up service is valid for metropolitan area of Chaweng area. There will be a surcharge for outsider areas like Baan Taling Ngam, Centara Villa, Baan Buri, Fore Season, Baan Sabai, hotels in Lamai, Lipa & Phang Ka and other areas.

Cancellation Deadline is 7 Days before travel date.

Confirmation Notes:
• You will receive a confirmation email instantly after booking and payment is made
• Travel Voucher/Activity E Ticket with all details will be emailed to you within 24-36 Hrs
• In event of any tour/activity is not operating (due to any unforeseen circumstances), you will be informed via email you will get full refund)
